Tracey Pelham : Managing Director, FCIPD
Tracey has strong strategic, operational, resource management and recruitment skills gained over a number of years. She has worked at a senior level within established blue chip and public sector organisations. Prior to purchasing Beardshaw Murray Tracey worked for a local recruitment consultancy managing their permanent and temporary recruitment within the scientific arena. Tracey previously worked as Director of Recruitment for Sema Group an IT services organisation and Global Recruitment Director for the T-Mobile group with particular emphasis on delivering best of class resource solutions, in line with the overall approach to talent acquisition.

David Kitney : Director
With a career in business development, sales and account management David has developed successful client relationships and revenue streams at senior management and board level of blue-chip and SME organisations. After graduating from Nottingham with a BSc, he pursued a career in sales. His first role was sales executive and he was trained in business development and worked closely with key clients. David was head hunted into his next role to head up key accounts within the Hull area and after furthering his skills and experience David joined his last company as Business Development Manager responsible for the sales Division. As Director of Beardshaw Murray, David brings vast experience to further develop partnerships with our clients and support our business objectives.

Vicky D'Arcy : Senior Recruitment Consultant
Vicky originates from Hull and has moved back to the area since living in Australia for the last nine years. In Australia she has had a successful career in the Financial Services Industry, firstly in a recruitment and training role subsequently promoted to a senior role in the business as a relationship manager. Vicky drew upon her experience in sales, marketing and financial services and moved into the recruitment industry in Melbourne, recruiting at a senior level. She has now returned from Australia to the area and has joined us as a Senior Consultant and is utilising her experience to specialise in the recruitment of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Banking. Vicky’s success is due to her inherent ability to find the most difficult skills, if she can’t find them – no one can!

Eve Clark : Senior Recruitment Consultant (Cert RP)
With 11 years experience of working within recruitment, Eve joined Beardshaw Murray to manage their Interim Management and Temporary side of the business. Eve will also be developing the bilingual recruitment side of the business which has been expelling over the last year given the increasing need for languages throughout the region. Prior to starting work at Beardshaw Murray, Eve worked within the Interpreting and Translation industry, where she obtained several accreditations from Young Entrepreneur of the Year award to obtaining a merit in her REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) exam.

Rebecca Donkin : Recruitment Administrator
After leaving school Rebecca joined a local firm of Accountants where she started her career in office administration. More recently Rebecca has moved into sales/customer service support roles developing excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills. At Beardshaw Murray Rebecca is often the first point of contact for clients and candidates ensuring they are dealt with in a professional, friendly manner.
Her role encompasses all “front of house”, general administration and accounting functions. With sound customer service and administrative skills Rebecca’s role is pivotal to providing the best possible service to clients and candidates.
